Amendments to the Regulation on Associations 

The "Regulation on Amendments to the Associations Regulation" was published in the official newspaper No: 31635 of 21.10.2021.  The most important amendment introduced by the concerned instrument is that associations will be allowed to perform "electronic" General Assembly and Board of Directors meetings, provided that the conditions sought by Art. 15/A are met.
