Nihan ÇETİN

Ms Çetin is a graduate of Ankara University Law Faculty. She holds an LLM from the University of Warwick on International Development, Law and Human Rights. She studies Web Design and Coding at Anadolu University.

She has 17 years of experience (2000-2017) as a civil servant (Public Prosecutor, Judge, Human Rights Expert, and Diplomat, respectively) in several countries.

She received the High Achievement Award of Balıkesir Women's Platform in 2003. Her service as a human rights trainer for Turkish Public Prosecutors and Judges between 2003 and 2004 was honoured by the then Minister of Justice with a Certificate of Appreciation. 

Ms Çetin ranked first in the Legal Advisor Recruitment Exam by the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2009. She was a member (Head of Marketing and PR) of the management team which built the international OIC Arbitration Centre from scratch between 2023 and late 2024. In late 2023 she held the first international press conference ever performed by an international ADR Centre HQed in Türkiye.

She is the co-founder of the DengeADR ADR centre.

She is an amateur hiker, trekker, painter and dancer.

Her working languages are Turkish and English.

Sançar Sefer SÜER

Mr Süer, after having graduated from Ankara University School of Law in 1999, has pursued an active career in the intersection of law, logistics and foreign trade while accomplishing some unique academic research on various aspects of international law.

He served as a District court judge (2000-2005), Manager of TIR &ATA Carnets, Head of Trade &TIR Department at Union of Chambers of Turkey - TOBB (2005-2015), CEO & CLO of TOBBUND Logistic Investment Co. (2016-2019), Deputy Secretary General of Ankara Chamber of Commerce (2019-2023).

Mr Süer holds an LLM degree in public international law from Ankara University on suppression of terror financing.

He is the co-founder of the DengeADR ADR centre.
